Dylan and myself are pilots from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – who – for the past 20 years have been ferrying aircraft around the world. This exciting venture is something we do a few times a year – mostly as a volunteer service for M.A.F. – and sometimes for business.
Dylan, in his day to day life works as a pilot and business owner of an aviation charter company in Winnipeg (Fast Air) and myself, I work as a therapist. Dylan has been flying since he was 20 and I have been flying in the right seat since I met him 30 years ago and loved it so much that I got my pilot’s licence as well.
To ferry an aircraft means to pick a plane up in one location and deliver it to another. We have been so fortunate to deliver aircraft to numerous locations in Africa, Asia and Europe for M.A.F.
M.A.F. (Mission Aviation Fellowship) is an international Christian organization whose mission is to share God’s love through aviation and technology. They have been operating for over 60 years and have developed into a substantial aviations services charity which serves countries all around the world. They transport patients, relief workers, produce, medical supplies and workers in the world’s remotest regions and places of deepest human need. Places where flying is a lifeline
